41:10 Construction was founded in Roanoke, Texas, by Ross and Bo Graham and services the DFW Metroplex.  Our goal is to provide a full array of roofing and construction services to meet any need that may arise, and to become your contractor of choice for all of your restorative construction needs.

Ross Graham

President/Owner

Ross is the owner and President of 41:10 Construction Group LLC. He has owned and operated construction companies in the DFW area for over 25 years. Born and raised in Texas, He has lived in the DFW area for 45 years. He has been married for 30 years to Karen Graham and is father to Bo and Codi Graham.

 

 

 

Bo Graham

Vice President

Bo is a project manager with 41:10 Construction Group LLC, and graduate from Texas Tech University. He has worked in the construction industry for his father, Ross, most of his life. He was raised in the DFW metroplex, which makes it easy to know the community and area he works in.  Bo cares about his customers and will do everything it takes to make sure they are satisfied with the work.

ANDY POSTEMA

General Manager

Andy joined us in September of 2017 as General Manager. He was a long time High School Teacher and Coach in DFW since 1993 before venturing into business with 4110.  He's been married to Cory since 1995, and their two sons, Zachariah (Gordon College) and Noah (Texas A&M) are in college. He is excited to work alongside the 4110 crew to love and serve people while providing great value. 

 

Jonathan Wells

Project Manager

Jonathan grew up in the Texas panhandle and is a graduate of West Texas A&M. He has been working in the construction industry for 15 years, and lives in the Oklahoma City area. Jonathan believes in hard work and doing the job right the first time.
